The Metric Mate Foundations Program provides young athletes with weekly live coaching designed to reinforce movement quality, build age-appropriate functional strength, develop readiness habits, and address physical gaps before they lead to injury or missed playing time.
Cadence: 1 live weekly coaching session via Zoom (approx. 50–60 minutes).
Duration: 12-week comprehensive cohort.
Roster Cap: Capped at 15 athletes per time slot to ensure dedicated coach attention.
Minimum Enrollment Policy: Each time slot requires a minimum of 6 registered athletes to launch. If your chosen time does not reach 5 registrants by the registration deadline, you will have the choice to transfer to an alternate open time slot or receive a 100% immediate refund.
Zoom Delivery: Secure recurring calendar invites and meeting links are emailed 48–72 hours prior to the first session.
Required Gear: Reliable internet connection, webcam-enabled device, water, and open floor space (approx. 6x6 ft).
