Strength is more
than a feeling.
Let's make progress visible.
Meet THRIVE Women—Metric Mate's healthcare expansion for clinician-guided strength, mobility and physical-function monitoring. We're beginning with women managing low bone density, with a platform designed to extend into fall-related functional assessment and orthopedic recovery.
Existing Metric Mate measurement technology and sports-performance business are established. THRIVE's clinical workflows, effectiveness and healthcare commercialization are being developed and require validation.
Historical Metric Mate company-wide sports-performance figures; not healthcare traction, clinical enrollment or THRIVE revenue. Figures should be reconciled before formal diligence.
Millions of women are managing bone health.
Too much of their progress remains unseen.
Diagnosis and treatment matter. So does what happens between visits: whether appropriate exercise is sustained, how physical function changes, and when a care team may need to intervene.
Had low bone mass
Age-adjusted prevalence in the CDC's 2017–2018 NHANES analysis.
CDC / NCHS ↗Had osteoporosis
Age-adjusted prevalence in the same CDC analysis.
CDC / NCHS ↗Report a fall annually
A wider mobility and fall-related health challenge, not a THRIVE outcome estimate.
CDC / FALLS ↗Estimated annual burden
Clinical and societal fracture costs, not THRIVE's addressable revenue.
BONE HEALTH REPORT ↗Where we see the opportunity: Appropriate resistance and balance exercise are important components of bone-health management, yet the experience of participating and the functional changes that follow can be difficult to observe between visits—especially when travel, connectivity and care access are constrained.
The osteoporosis and low-bone-mass categories are presented separately and should not be summed. Falls figures cover older adults of all sexes and are not specific to osteoporosis. No claim is made that THRIVE prevents falls or fractures. Sources are linked above.
The healthcare gap isn't just access to exercise.
It's visibility into physical function.
Activity counts can show that someone participated. They don't necessarily show whether strength or mobility is changing, whether an exercise plan is appropriate, or what a clinician should review.
THRIVE Women is designed to build on Metric Mate's existing resistance-measurement and performance platform with an accessible, clinician-guided monitoring experience—beginning with bone health and expanding only as evidence supports it.

A new clinical application.
Explore a proposed healthcare journey built on existing Metric Mate capabilities. The interactions below demonstrate product direction, not a live clinical application or actual patient data.
Care starts with context.
Following an appropriate clinical eligibility and safety review, a participant receives an individualized, clinician-approved movement plan and an accessible way to get started.
- Defined clinical eligibility and safeguards
- Accessible onboarding and low-bandwidth options
- Clear plan and check-in expectations
GOOD MORNING
Progress begins with a plan.
Your care team has recommended a starting routine adapted to your needs.
Make the plan easier to follow.
Age- and ability-appropriate resistance, balance, and mobility activities can be delivered through accessible guidance and supported with reminders and manual participation logs.
- Clinician-approved exercises, not generic prescriptions
- Participation options that don't depend on a wearable
- Engagement support beyond appointments
YOUR PROGRAM
Move with intention.
A safe, consistent routine matters more than chasing a score.
Look beyond attendance.
Metric Mate's established resistance-measurement heritage offers a technical foundation for selected physical-performance assessments. THRIVE-specific assessment protocols and clinical suitability must be validated.
- Baseline and follow-up functional measures
- Optional connected measurement where appropriate
- Changes considered alongside clinical context
FUNCTIONAL PROGRESS
See the pattern, not just the activity.
Example graphic; no actual patient findings.
Give the care team useful context.
The proposed Care Command experience organizes longitudinal measures, participation trends, missing check-ins and items requiring review. It supports qualified clinicians; it does not automate diagnosis or treatment decisions.
- Review adherence and assessment completeness
- Surface questions for clinical follow-up
- Document decisions and evaluate feasibility
PARTICIPANT OVERVIEW
Context at a glance.
Metric Mate established the foundation. THRIVE extends the application.
Resistance-data acquisition and physical-performance measurement heritage.
Sports-performance customers, assessment workflows and recurring institutional services.
Care Command, clinical pathways, consent processes and clinician review workflows.
Safety, measurement suitability, clinical utility, buyer adoption and program economics.
Start focused.
Build for a much bigger future.
Strength, mobility and recovery share a need for appropriate movement guidance and meaningful functional monitoring. We can pursue them through one technical architecture—without pretending that one clinical study proves them all.
Help make prescribed movement and physical progress easier to follow.
Begin with women managing low bone density who may benefit from appropriately supervised strength and balance exercise. Evaluate whether remote engagement and longitudinal measures can fit into a safe, practical care workflow.
STRENGTH.
Observe functional changes related to independence and fall-risk factors.
Future protocols could incorporate appropriately validated lower-extremity strength, balance and mobility measures. Monitoring those factors is not the same as predicting falls or demonstrating fall prevention.
MOBILITY.
Connect the work between visits to the clinician directing recovery.
Adapt engagement, appropriate assessments and professional reporting for rehabilitation providers treating selected postoperative and musculoskeletal populations. This requires distinct protocols, workflow integration and commercial validation.
RECOVERY.
Expansion pathways are strategic hypotheses, not launched offerings. The initial bone-health feasibility study would not establish performance or clinical benefit for fall prevention or orthopedic rehabilitation.
Less guessing between visits.
Better information to review.
Metric Mate Care Command is the proposed clinical layer that could bring engagement, functional measures and care-team review into one longitudinal view.
Participation
Understand check-in activity and data completeness.
Physical function
Observe selected measures over time within their clinical context.
Review workflow
Surface questions to qualified clinicians, not automated diagnoses.
Care Command is a proposed concept interface, not a deployed electronic health record or clinically validated decision-support product.
Measuring feasibility
We know what we need to prove.
And what we won't claim yet.
Our proposed first healthcare milestone is a 40-participant, 12-week feasibility study developed with qualified clinical partners. It will evaluate whether the workflow is practical and measurable before making larger efficacy or commercial claims.
Initial focus: women managing osteoporosis or osteopenia, with eligibility and supervision defined by clinical partners.
Targets are planning goals, not achieved patient results. Safety events, patient usability and clinician workflow burden would also be documented.
Design with clinicians
Set eligibility, supervision, exercise protocols, measurement selection, privacy requirements and safeguards.
Test feasibility
Evaluate participation, paired measures, usability, operational burden and documented safety events.
Validate purchasing
Use pilot findings and buyer discovery to determine whether a repeatable, appropriately priced institutional offering is viable.
Feasibility does not by itself demonstrate improved bone density, reduced falls, fracture prevention, clinical efficacy or reimbursement eligibility. Future indications would require additional validation.
Build what healthcare will use.
Prove what healthcare will buy.
THRIVE's venture potential depends on more than a large patient population. It depends on solving a budgeted problem for identifiable organizations with sustainable delivery economics.
Who starts the conversation?
Health systems, bone-health programs, rehabilitation groups and other healthcare institutions with populations needing appropriate longitudinal functional monitoring.
What could they purchase?
Enterprise software and workflow access, optional assessment technology, and appropriately scoped technology-enabled care services through qualified partners.
What unlocks scale?
Demonstrated clinician usefulness, patient engagement, manageable implementation cost, positive buyer willingness to pay and replicable organizational deployment.
Not another workout app.
A measurement-first platform thesis.
Conventional care and digital musculoskeletal programs already serve important needs. THRIVE aims to test an additional value proposition: incorporating Metric Mate's objective physical-performance measurement heritage into accessible, longitudinal clinical workflows.
In-person care
Clinicians deliver assessment, treatment and clinical decision-making. Visibility between visits can vary by provider and workflow.
Digital MSK providers
Companies such as Hinge Health, Sword Health, Vori Health and Limber Health already address elements of remote exercise, rehabilitation and care delivery.
Measurement + continuity
Build on patented resistance measurement, recurring functional assessments and rural-accessible engagement to provide clinicians additional context over time.
This is a positioning hypothesis, not a finding of clinical superiority. Capabilities of named competitors vary by product and contract and require detailed competitive diligence.
Give us the right partners.
We'll build the right evidence.
Our immediate objective is not to expand into every indication. It's to close the gaps between a proven technology foundation and a clinically credible, commercially viable first healthcare deployment.
Secure qualified oversight, agree the initial bone-health workflow, and establish study protocols and safeguards.
Specify Care Command requirements, functional measures, enrollment processes and technical readiness.
Evaluate feasibility, operational fit, pricing assumptions and a credible path to funded institutional adoption.
The foundation wasn't built yesterday.
Neither was the team.
Metric Mate brings operating-company experience and technology developed for physical-performance measurement. Healthcare deployment will add qualified clinical, regulatory and research partners.

Real technology.
Real need.
A focused next step.
We're looking to connect with healthtech leaders and prospective clinical partners who can help shape a high-quality feasibility study and a credible institutional adoption strategy.
